Deposit Policy: Cash transaction require a 25.00 deposit + room total and tax. Cash deposit is refundable upon examination of room. A credit card is required to make a reservation on line. Total of reservation is due upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, pleased call the front desk before 4:00 p.m. on the day of anticipated arrival. Less notice may incur a charge equal to 1 night stay + tax.
Check In: Check-in begins after 1:00 PM.
Check Out: Check-out ends at 11:00 AM
Minimum age to reserve a room is 16.
Late Check-Out: Late checkouts may be available upon request. Please call the front desk for availability.
Pet Policy: Pet friendly rooms are restricted to certain rooms. Please reserve room listed "Pet Friendly". A $15.00 charge will be added per pet per night upon arrival.
Smoking Policy: Smoking rooms are restricted to certain rooms. Please reserve a room designated "Smoking". A Clean fee of $50.00 will be charged for smoking in a Non-smoking room.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.

In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.EldoradoInn.net, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using EldoradoInn.net's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
